FAELT is located in a listed Wilhelminian-era building in the heart of Berlin, right in the middle of the popular Akazienkiez district. Founded in October 2020 by Björn Swanson, we were forced to close after just four weeks to comply with lockdown regulations – but that wasn’t the end. We returned eight months later, were awarded a Michelin star, and many other things like a 3 F in Feinschmecker, 16 points or something similar in GAULT&MILLAU, and various pans, diamonds, and cutlery, but who really understands all that? We don’t.
